Great product

This is a great product as the capsules are small and the price isn't too bad for what you get with it being allergy friendly.

Noticed when I went off for awhile...

My MD thought my level of Vit D was too high, so I quit. I should have just cut back. I feel like I'm coming down with something, so I am re-ordering. This dose allows me flexibility to up it for times like now. I believe it has helped me stave off colds and flu. Since I have Hashimoto's I'm going to take this on a regular basis.
