Xymogen OmegaPure PRM is a highly concentrated fish oil with pro-resolving mediators that helps regulate the inflammatory process after an intitial imune response and helps return to homeostasis. PRMs are enzymatically derived from essential fatty acids and have important roles in orchestrating the resolution of tissue inflammation, and in turn helping to remove dead cells and debris, microbes, restoration of vascular integrity and perfusion, regeneration of tissue, remission of fever, and helps relieve pain.
A tissue injury or infection that does not get resolved or there is not a resolution phase, it leads to chronic inflammation and problems start from there. If there is pain, chronic inflammation, respiratory issues, viral infections, lyme, mold, auto immune, poor healing, and everything in between is often a result of no resolution to previous immune activation.
