Thorne Advanced Bone Support (Formerly Oscap) supports bone health by providing B vitamins for healthy methylation and boron. Women over the age of 65 should take a supplement to support bone health. Adequate magnesium intake promotes bone density by optimizing the secretion of parathyroid hormone and facilitating active calcium transport to the bones.
