Didn't work for me, made me nauseous

I could not wait to write a review on this one. Reason being, I read all the other reviews and still purchased it despite the comments about the horrible taste. Well - - - it tastes horrible! So I called Mary and explained that I did not feel my future would include this product but since all the reviews raved about it getting rid of hot flashes, I needed some help to hang in there.

So Mary told me to put 10 drops under my tongue just before bed. She told me I did not need to keep it in my mouth all night long, just a few minutes and then brush my teeth. So, it did still taste funky, but it was so less funky. And the best news of all is that after 5 applications, my hot flashes are gone and I am just waiting for the now and then slight "hot under your skin" feeling to go away. Living in South Florida, it is very hot and I can tell if I go outside and then come back in right now it takes my body longer to get cooled down. BUT that is nothing compared to nightly hot flashes and being awake on and off again.

I am so happy I gave it another chance and I know this is going to be what I need for a long time. Btw, I got the hot flashes again after glutening myself (yes I ate the pizza voluntarily but will never do that again!).

So looking forward to a very "cool" future now!

I have been taking it since last 4 cycles. The results are pretty slow, but I'm glad I could see some improvement in my very troubled periods. I am ordering a second bottle now. If I see any more improvement in next couple of months, I ll then give 5 stars.
