Neurobiologix Detox & Antioxidant Support (formerly Glutathione Ultra) supports the delivery to cells by providing the necessary cofactors. Glutathione is the body's most important intracellular antioxidant and master detoxifier. It works inside the cells. It's particularly important within the organs that are responsible for cleansing our bodies, such as the liver and kidneys, but also the lungs and intestines. Glutathione is also important to the immune system. Some of its antioxidant functions in the body include: Maintaining Vitamin C and E in their reduced, active forms, neutralizing lipid peroxides-breakdown products of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) found in our cell membranes, and assists in making drugs and other toxic chemicals more water-soluble for easier excretion.
