What Does Arginine Do? L-Arginine is an amino acid that plays an important role in several important pathways, including the synthesis of proteins, the production of creatine phosphate (needed to produce ATP) and the synthesis of nitric oxide, a secondary messenger involved in blood flow. Arginine is an amino acid that helps synthesize proteins which allows it to create the phosphate in order to produce more ATP to help with blood flow.
Recommended use: Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
