EuroMedica AnxioCalm supports anxiousness, stress, nervous tension, and restless sleep. Can be used for everyday use, or occasionally as needed. Provides relief without daytime drowsiness or mental fogginess. May also help relieve nervous sweating, upset stomach, muscle tension, self-consciousness and insecurity, and occasional restless sleep. Does not cause drowsiness, may be taken right before bedtime to calm the mind and support restful sleep. Easy to swallow but can be crushed and mixed with soft foods such as yogurt, or applesauce if desired.Recommended Use: Adults: Take 1 or 2 tablets twice daily. May take at bedtime to support restful sleep. Children (ages 4-12): Take 1 tablet twice daily. May increase as directed by a healthcare professional.
