Allergy Research Group Zen Adapt enhances the parasympathetic nervous system balancing action of GABA and L-Theanine with the addition of Sensoril, a pure water extract of ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic herb well known for its ability to help the body function under stress. Sensoril has been shown to help alleviate the physical, emotional, and mental effects of stress and tension.

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, rice hyll concentrate, gum arabic, sunflower oil.
