Klaire-SFI Biodim DIM, a nutrient found in cruciferous vegetables, supports healthy estrogen metabolism in both men and women. Diindolylmethane (DIM), a metabolite of indole-3-carbinol from cruciferous vegetables, has been shown to promote healthy estrogen metabolism by shifting it towards protective 2-hydroxyestrogen metabolites instead of 16-hydroxyestrone.
