PetDomain ModucarVet (formerly ThorneVet Moducare chews) helps balance an animals immune system response. ModucareVET is blend of plant sterols and sterolins that promote a balanced immune response. Supplementing with sterols and sterolins helps maintain a healthy balance of T-Helper-1 and T-Helper-2 white blood cells, which results in the beneficial down-regulation of an overactive immune response. Stress, environmental toxins, poor nutrition, antibiotic use, and certain disease states can each contribute to imbalances in immune function. The resulting hypo-immune response (not enough) or hyper-immune response (too much) can lead to a cascade of adverse health consequences.
