Product Description

Professional Formulas Serotonin offering homeopathic support for serotonin regulation. For the temporary relief of insomnia, poor memory or concentration, confusion, anxiousness, dizziness or lightheadedness, muscle tension, lethargy, or exhaustion.
Recommended Use: Place drops under tongue 30 minutes before/after meals. Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 10 drops up to 3 times per day. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.

I've taken this throughout the day during intense situations or when I felt like a just need a boost and not caffeine and it does seems that things just smooth over. I'm new to the product and am taking with the Anxiety Control, which work, so still working on the perfect combo. If there is one :-)
