Metagenics MetaFiber is a dietary supplement for healthy intestinal transit and bowel regularity support. MetaFiber offers a blend of soluble and insoluble fiber with 3 grams of dietary fiber in each serving. This blend has a low allergy potential and is ideal for those with sensitivities to wheat, corn, citrus or psyllium and provides support for occasional constipation.
Recommended use: Blend, shake, or briskly stir about 1 level scoop (9.5 grams) of MetaFiber into 8 fluid ounces of juice or other beverage as directed by a healthcare professional.
