  • Magnesium (as magnesium bis-glycinate) 150 mg

Very effective at preventing muscle cramps

I have tried many supplements for frequent muscle cramps, and this one is the only one that works, every time. It is very effective! When I stop taking it, I am well reminded that my body benefits from it! I am grateful for this formulation, which works so well for me!
