Express Mail Explained

A few factors will determine if we can use Express Mail to get your package to you next day:

Product availability, time of day of your order and your delivery address.

Express Mail will guarantee overnight delivery to most locations, especially if we receive the order before noon Pacific time. We will have to check your address to confirm the overnight guarantee. You can call and we will research it for you.

Shipping Locations Might Vary

We ship some items from our Nevada home office in the Lake Tahoe region. Early morning orders to neighboring states often will be next day. Some items will come from the manufacturer or one of our shipping centers. We will have to check the shipping location for each item and each order to give you a specific delivery time.

If you want delivery to an area other than a moderate or major city, you might not get it for two days. It will most likely be at your post office the next day but won't get on your carrier's truck for delivery until the second day.

If you request Express Mail, you can call your post office and see if it has arrived the day after your order and then you can go and pick it up yourself. Some people prefer to sign for their packages and others find that to be very inconvenient. Drop us a note or call to tell us your preferences. We are happy to use either.

Normally express mail default is signature verification so it might come that way if you don't specify. The other option for fast delivery will be Fed Ex or maybe UPS Next Day. Those are generally good and reliable services and probably close to the same cost as Express Mail.

Because we actually have to go to the post office and stand in line to get the Express Mail package in the system, we have raised our Express Mail rates effective Jan 14, 2010.
